Clausemint는 이용자가 올린 계약 문서에서 날짜·금액·의무로 보이는 문장을 규칙에 따라 찾아내고, 이용자가 확인한 항목에 대해 일정 알림을 보내는 도구입니다.
본 서비스는 법률 자문을 제공하지 않으며, 조항의 법적 효력·유불리·해석에 대한 의견을 내지 않습니다. 추출 결과는 검토용 제안이고, 각 항목에는 근거가 된 원문과 위치가 함께 표시됩니다. 최종 확인과 판단의 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 필요한 경우 변호사 등 전문가의 검토를 받아야 합니다.
추출 누락이나 오추출로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 아니합니다.
추출 직후의 항목은 제안(suggested) 상태이며 어떤 알림도 예약되지 않습니다.
이용자가 직접 확인하여 활성(active)으로 전환한 항목에 한해서만 알림이 예약·발송됩니다.
알림은 참고용이며, 발송 실패나 지연에 대해 회사는 알림 자체의 도달을 보증하지 않습니다.
기본값은 원문 비저장입니다. 업로드된 파일은 텍스트 추출 후 폐기되고, 추출 근거로 쓰인 인용 문장과 페이지 번호만 저장됩니다. 이용자가 업로드 시 저장을 명시적으로 선택한 문서에 한해 원문 텍스트가 보관되며, 문서 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
계약 문서 내용을 외부 인공지능 서비스나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 추출 엔진은 서버 내부의 규칙 기반 엔진입니다. 결제는 결제 대행사가 처리하며, 회사는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
계정 데이터는 이용 기간 동안 보관하며, 탈퇴 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 데이터를 CSV·ICS 형식으로 내려받을 수 있고, 문서와 계정의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
유료 요금제는 월 단위 구독이며, 결제 완료 시 워크스페이스에 라이선스가 발급됩니다. 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 과금이 중단되고 요금제는 체험 단계의 한도로 돌아갑니다. 이미 저장된 데이터는 삭제되지 않으며 계속 내려받을 수 있습니다.
서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 자동화된 대량 요청, 타인의 문서를 권한 없이 업로드하는 행위, 서비스를 역이용해 제3자에게 법률 자문을 제공하는 행위를 금지합니다.

Clausemint uses rule-based matching to find dates, amounts, and obligation-like sentences in contract documents you upload, and sends schedule reminders for the items you confirm.
This service does not provide legal advice and offers no opinion on the validity, fairness, or interpretation of any clause. Extractions are review suggestions, each shown with the source sentence and its location. Final verification is your responsibility, and you should consult a qualified lawyer where the stakes warrant it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a missed or incorrect extraction, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Newly extracted items are in the suggested state and have no reminders scheduled.
Reminders are scheduled and sent only for items you have personally confirmed into the
active state. Reminders are informational; we do not guarantee delivery.
The default is not to store the original. Uploaded files are discarded after text extraction, and only the quoted evidence sentences and page numbers are kept. Original text is retained only for documents where you explicitly opted into storage at upload time, and it is deleted when the document is deleted.
Contract contents are never sent to external AI services or any third party. The extraction engine is a rule-based engine running inside the server. Payments are handled by a payment processor; we never store card numbers or other payment credentials.
Account data is kept for the duration of your use and destroyed promptly on account deletion, except billing records subject to statutory retention periods.
You can export your data as CSV and ICS at any time, and request deletion of documents and your account.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions; a license is issued to your workspace on successful payment. Cancelling stops billing from the next cycle and returns the workspace to trial-tier limits. Stored data is not deleted and remains exportable.
Do not send automated bulk requests that disrupt normal operation, upload documents you are not authorised to process, or resell the output as legal advice to third parties.
